Weigh-In Wednesday, Shrink into Summer: Week 3

We are three weeks deep into our Shrink into Summer challenge! Have you been seeing the results you hoped for?  Are your jeans feeling looser?

Let’s get the business part over with… you know the drill. Step on your scale, look at number, step off your scale. Come back here and share your results! We want to know how you are doing! Write a post on your blog… share your goals, hopes, struggles, workouts, whatever you want! If you don’t blog, just leave your thoughts in the comments below!

    Hey Brooke. Glad to see you're back on board! I was hoping you wouldn't give up!

    It's my understanding that exercise does affect your goal calories. If the amount of activity you're doing requires you to have 1500 calories and you burn 400 I do believe you're supposed to consume those 400 calories. However, I'm not 100% sure. If I can find something online to support this I'll be sure to let you know.

    By the way, if April or anyone else answers this could we put it in a blog post so everyone can see the answer? I know this is certainly something I'd like a solid answer on. :-)

    My Shred DVD is in the mail (so I'm told) but I probably won't receive it until Saturday. I'm really looking forward to seeing what this is all about. I haven't weighed, but my clothes are feeling better, which is really nice.

    thanks – i like the thought of eating back some, but maybe not all the calories i burnt off.

    my doctor says i'm healthy and should worry about losing weight (which isn't good enough for me – i've been a size 6 before and i shall be again!)

    my trainer says that i have 5-10 to lose, but she thinks that 10 will be really hard to do/maintain. i just need to stick with it and show her i can!! :) (can you tell that she's the complete opposite of Jillian?? :P)

    Also, I think Audrey's idea of doing a post on this is a great idea if April feels up for it!

    I forgot to weigh in yesterday & today so I will jsut report that I was back down the 3 on Sunday from Last Wednesday :) I thought it was the AF bloat but it went away & AF hasn't hit yet so I don't know what it was but its GONE!!!!

    5in5: I have no recipes to share but I am loving V8! I do atleast a cup (2 servings) every day of either the fruit fusion or the straight V8 & sometimes 2 cups :) & then is fresh fruits or veggies the rest of the time.

    i didn't get to weigh in this wk because i was on vacation. went to seattle and victoria. after i got home from the airport yesterday, we relaxed for an hour then did a 3 hr drive to see the new kids on the block lol luckily i won a hotel stay along w those tickets so we didn't have to drive back. got home around 2pm today and took a 3 hr nap. could have slept longer. will prob go to bed early (which for me is anytime before 12am lol)

    only did 1 day of shredding so i'll get bk to it soon :)
