Day in and day out, Melissa, April, Lisa and I work hard to bring you new information, exciting challenges, delicious recipes, fitness facts, and real life stories about our own weight losses. We do it all because we love each and every one of you so much! You are our extended family, and every person who contacts us wanting to join just makes us bust at the seams with love!

With the new challenge starting this week, we’ve had oodles of new Sisters join our ranks. We are so glad to have each and every one of them, and hope they feel as excited about being part of the Sisterhood!

Just want to tell everyone WELCOME!! You're gonna LOVE the sisters here! I just gotta say I have lost 15 pounds since I got serious with the Sisterhood, on March 25!! A lot of it is due to the support I have gotten over the past 10 weeks!!
