You didn’t think we were going to let you off the hook today just because we don’t currently have a challenge going on, DID YOU? How did your first challenge-less week go? Most of our fellow writers were in Chicago over the weekend at BlogHer, but I know they are still going to be accountable and weigh-in today, right?     I'm…ummm… I don't know. My scale went berserk earlier this week and now, with new batteries, said I was two pounds heavier than my old, tired-battery scale did. The good news? I'm down half a pound since that happened on Sunday! I'll take it!

    Okay, Didn't know we were going to do this, but I think its great! I am up two pounds. No exercise takes its toll and I have been flat on my back with a pulled muscle. I am still trying to eat right, but its hard when someone else is making the meals. Will have them off by next week.

    Okay. I let anger and disappointment get the better of me.I should not let that girl upset me. I just should've done better with my body. I am back at 190. Meaning I gained three pounds.

    I am just not happy with stuff right now. I want to give up on my weight loss. But I can't. My triglycerides are high. I need to do better.

    I need to regroup.

    Don't give up, Vickie! We all have those crappy times, trust me, but if you let your weight loss slide, you know you will only feel crappier. ((HUGS))

    I gained that over the weekend, but luckily got it off again. I have been flushing my system out with water and that has helped immensely!

    Having a very blah, frustrated, mentally yucky week myself. Plus it's been really hot and that's doesn't work well for me. I maintained from last week, I should be happy with that but I'm a little disappointed only because I actually had a good week.

    Reading some of the comments have helped, though. I think I really need to up my water because of the heat. I've been getting my water but should probably increase it.

    I totally forgot that it was weigh in day. I just weighed myself (10:12 p.m.) after a day in Chicago for Jersey Boys and dinner at the Italian Village. The good news is that I weigh exactly the same as I did at the end of the challenge last week. Maybe if I had weighed myself this morning, I might have posted a loss. Oh well, it wasn't a gain.

    Late for the weigh in, but I weighed in anyway. Gained 3 pounds on vacation and lost them by Wednesday. Don't know why or how but I'm not asking questions!
