Day 9 Giveaway- EA Sports Active "More Workouts" Game for the Wii

WE HAVE A WINNER!!!! The Daily Mel is the lucky girl who will get her very own, hot off the presses (or whatever) copy of EA SPORTS Active More Workouts as soon as it is released on November 17th. AND, she’ll be lucky enough to receive it in time to join us in the 6-week challenge which starts on November 20th!! GO MEL!!!!

We love the EA Sports Active folks.

First, we completed their EA Sports Active 30 Day C

hallenge and then, we completed their 5k running challenge.  Those of us who have a Wii and have participated in either of these fitness challenges will agree that the games are a great workout, combining strength training with cardio exercise and making it fun.

EA Sports Active is introducing a NEW cardio ” game” called More Workouts, debuting in retails stores on November 17th.  According to their website, the new More Workouts game introduces 35 new exercises, includes a warm up/cool down station, abdominal exercises and a 6 week challenge.  Also included with the “game”  is a copy of the Special Edition Bob Greene Nutrition Best Life Book that features tips on creating a balanced lifestyle, recipes from the Best Life Diet Cookbook, and a daily journal.

More Workouts

Again, this game will be for sell at regular retail stores on November 17th, BUT you can WIN ONE HERE TODAY!!!!!

Yes, EA Sports Active is giving away a copy of their NEW More Workouts game for the Wii.

If you win, we would like you to participate in the 6 week challenge and even write a guest post for The Sisterhood.

    I like to walk and do aerobics. I did not participate in the last challenge as I just became a member in the last few weeks. We have a Wii but I don't have the sports active, wasn't sure how good it was.

    OOOOOHHH!! I LOVE WII FIT and Wii EA Active!! They combine both fun and games as well as a GREAT worrkout. Having the Wii and the Fit and Active have been the best thing that "got me going" on the exercise front! When I don't use them I miss it!! In fact I haven't worked out on them in about a week and I'm really missing it....so back to them tonight!! Fun and great workout -- can't beat that combination!

    In the summer, my exercise of choice is biking. Now it's too cold and rainy :-(

  • I started the 30-day challenge but it became too much with morning boot camp so I dropped out after a week. I'd love to add some cardio to add more fat burning to my resistance and weight training (which I LOVE) and it's too dark outside to run after work.
