This week there will be no immunity, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get out there and get moving! For our Fitness Challenge this week, we’re going to challenge you to try something NEW. Something you’ve never done before. Whether it’s biking, hiking, kickboxing, or Zumba. Get out there and do it. We will want to hear all about what you tried on your weigh-in post next week!

For the Non-Fitness Challenge, you need to make sure you continue to follow all the challenges we’ve set before you. What? Did you forget what some of them were? Well, allow me to refresh your memory!

  1. Water
  2. No Fast Food
  3. 5 Servings of fruits and veggies each day
  4. Journal everything you eat
  5. Exposed
  6. Try to eliminate trans-tats from your diet

Plus this week, since you’re already looking at those food labels, you should start watching out for High Fructose Corn Syrup. It’s another one of those nasty little chemical laced ingredients that you body could really do without!!

So there you have it! Go forth and try something new and do what you’ve already been so successful at doing for the past 6 weeks!
