Tworkout!

By now, you’re probably finishing (or finished) up the last of your turkey leftovers. You’ve probably shopped till you dropped and had all kinds of goodies over the weekend. So, what better way to get back into the swing of things than to get a good tworkout™ in this evening? Am I right or am I right? So join me on twitter at 8 p.m. Central and be ready to sweat!

Tonight’s tworkout:

1. 2 min buttkicks (while holding weights), 1 min jumping jacks

2. 60 sec squat hold (or two)

3.  Chair dips, as many as you can do

4. 2 min towel jump, 1 min run in place

5. Push-ups, as many as you can do

6. Reverse crunches, 50

7. STRETCH
