Happy, Happy Tuesday! (Shhh… I’m actually writing this on Monday night, so you all can have it early. Don’t tell anyone, OK? It’s our snecret.) Are ya’ll ready for the best night on Twitter? 1. 2 min buttkicks while holding weights; 1 min wacky jacks (go here to see what wacky jacks are)
2. 40 squats with tricep kickbacks
3. Wide stance push-ups, as many as you can do
4. 2 min towel jump; 5 burpees
5. Walking lunges w/bicep curls, 90 seconds
6. Reverse crunches, 50
