Do you feel the craziness that is May taking you by the throat and squeezing ever so gently. Over and over? Well, I do.
This morning as I was venting to Melissa via email, and then realizing I had today’s Mantras in May, she told me to Breathe. Just Breathe.
Oftentimes we feel out of control. Crazy. Like there aren’t enough minutes in the day. We let stress get the best of us. Stopping throughout the day to take a nice cleansing breathe can help alleviate some of that stress and help put things into perspective.
This week, I want you to Just Breathe. When you’re at a red light. When you’re washing dishes. When you’re watching TV. When you’re stretching after a workout. Wherever you are, and whatever you’re doing, take a moment to stop and Just Breathe. Write it on a sticky note and put it on your mirror. Write it on your hand. Set an alarm on your cellphone. Stop and breathe.
