Wow, it’s hard to believe we’re already just over halfway through this challenge, isn’t it?! How is everyone doing on meeting their goals? So far, so good for me! I’ve been drinking my water, tracking my food, and getting in my steps each day on my pedometer. With all the walking I’ll likely be doing at FitBloggin‘ this weekend, I’m sure I’ll have no problem meeting my goal of 250,000 steps this month!
How are you doing with the Monday Mantras in May and Sister Says challenges? Have you been keeping up with them? Here’s a quick recap in case you’ve forgotten.
Mantras in May:
- Drink 64 oz of water each day
- Eat 5 servings of fruits & veggies each day
That brings me to this week’s Sister Says challenge. Sister Says to look in the mirror every day this week and find at least one thing about yourself to compliment. We all know that we can be our own worst critics, so this week, let’s focus on being our own biggest fan! I don’t know about you, but when I’m feeling good about myself, it just makes it easier to stay on track with things like eating properly and exercising.
So, there you have it. Now it’s time to check-in for the week and let us know how you’re doing by filling out the form at the end of this post. We also suggest you blog about your week and leave a link to your post down in the comments below so we can stop by and check it out. Let us know how you are doing with your goals, any successes you had, challenges you’re facing, etc. Remember to have your form submitted by 9 p.m. CT so that Christy and Lissa can tally everything to post the Leaderboard and SisterStar(s) tomorrow.
