So, it’s Tuesday night and I am wondering how the heck it became August so quickly. I mean, life is moving at a warp speed and before you know it, I will be moving into our new house and my kids will be starting at a new school. WOWSERS!
But first, today, on this beautifully lovely Wednesday, we all need to weigh-in (or check-in) and let the rest of our fellow Sisters know how we are doing. I for one have been quite mindful of what I am eating and I have definitely kicked the exercise regimen into high gear, for several reasons. One, because I would like to lose a few pounds, specifically from the middle of my body; Two, because I am part of the Shrinking Jeans Dream Team for the Healthy Wage Weight Loss Challenge!
Talk to me, ya’ll. Let me know how it goes with your bad self. Highs and lows, pretty please….hopefully more highs than lows : ).

- The Olympics! Wednesday (today) is our last day of Olympic Challenges. It’s not too late to join in the fun- hint hint. We’ve got prizes for our Ultimate Olympian!
