Good morning, my favorite shrinkers! How are you this fine Wednesday morning? We are finished with week two of our Weight Loss Bootcamp! Hopefully, you are making some big changes and seeing the results you are hoping for! Speaking of big changes, we became foster parents to a newborn baby girl yesterday! I’m not sure if I even remembered to eat! That should be good for my weigh-in! Haha! Hopefully, we find our groove quickly!
I’m amazed with the momentum that our challenge has kept via #WLBootcamp, DietBet, and participation in our private Facebook Group! If you haven’t joined the closed group on FB yet, do so now! It’s is a wealth of knowledge, support, and advice! You guys are so great!

This week’s challenge is to MENU PLAN! And not JUST menu plan, you must stick to it! That’s right! Plan out your meal for a whole entire week: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks!
