Good morning shrinkers! How has your week been? I’m slowly getting back to reality after a trip to a tropical paradise for a week. I miss the sun and warm, sandy beaches.
This cold, damp weather is not fun. It’s March, which is practically summer in Texas!

And I’m so excited to announce our next awesome challenge: Spring Into Action! It starts next Wednesday, and will be a team challenge! What does that mean? YOU need to get busy forming your own team of up to (but no more than) 5 people. Your team can be your mother, sister, BFF, a friend you’ve made online, your husband, brother, daughter, or neighbor! Just gather all your favorite losers (hahahaha!) and rally for the win. We’ll have a check-in form on the kick-off post next week for you to enter your weights. Did I mention we’ll have prizes? YEP!
