Tuesday Three's

My fellow writer, Lisa, did one of these posts over the summer and I thought at the time, it was a neat and fun thing to try myself some day. Some Tuesday. See, it’s called Tuesday Three’s. She used the tabs across our SJ home page as inspiration to come up with a list of things to strive for in the coming weeks. I’ll take a stab at it. I need some motivation and writing things down here helps keep me accountable. Here we go:

Weight loss:

1. Lose 5 lb

2. Hit a certain mile stone of a new “decade” on the scale.

3. Get to my WW meeting four weeks in a row.

Nutrition:

1. Make enough jars of over night refrigerator oatmeal to last a full work week.

2. Drink one cup of green tea daily.

3. Read Mindless Eating: Why We Eat More Than We Think

Fitness:

1. Do all five free workouts of Fitness Blender’s Workout Challenge for Busy People.

2. Hit 10,000 steps on my FitBit for at least five out of seven days.

3. Unwrap the POUND Fitness DVD I earned from Every Move rewards and give it a try!

Running*

(*substitute your exercise of choice if its not running)

1. Get outside and RUN (this has not happened in a while!)

2. Get outside and run with no gadgets

3. Try one new treadmill workout for intervals.

Well-being:

1. Get to bed by 11 a.m. five out of seven nights

2. Go back to church

3. Research volunteer opportunities for Thanksgiving holiday/weekend.
