What is boot camp training
Boot camp is a type of training that primarily uses the weight of your own body. In addition, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, jumps and runs are often performed. Many forms of activity similar to fitness training are also used. Characteristic in boot camp is overcoming obstacle courses and the use of unusual equipment, such as ropes, chains or tires.

It is not practiced individually, but in pairs, threes, groups, everyone exercises with everyone. Over time, a kind of community is formed, the members of which support each other, motivate and compete with each other. Everyone exercises at their own pace, taking breaks when needed. The whole is supervised by a “strict” trainer who gives commands, reprimands and rebukes.

How to prepare for boot camp training
Boot camp classes take place outdoors, so it is worth remembering about a few important issues. The most important are comfortable and sports shoes, clothes that do not restrict movement, which will surely get dirty during training. Tires are often lifted, chains and various types of ropes are used, so you should also remember about gloves. It is also important not to forget about a meal, min. 2 hours before training. Depending on the weather – a light rain jacket is also a good idea.

Who can train the boot camp
Boot camp can be described as a universal program in which everyone will find something for themselves, regardless of physical fitness and experience with other forms of activity. The first three workouts are said to be the hardest. All this is done according to the principle – you will see what your shortcomings are. However, you should not be afraid of murderous exercises.

In this case, everyone is exercising at their own pace. Anyone can practice boot camp. It is especially recommended for people who do not have enough motivation to exercise alone. The group and the trainer encourage, praise and appreciate everyone’s efforts. It is impossible to train during boot camp training. Progress here is especially difficult for people who don’t like competition. When the trainer tells you to do 20 push-ups, he will not notice whether the person has done 10 or 40 push-ups. Therefore, apart from having a good time, self-discipline and high motivation are also very important.
