Do you all know how happy I am that I see that negative number for a change? OH my goodness, it’s just what I needed to keep going. Why is it that it always takes a sweet little loss to get you encouraged?
Same with exercise, I feel so good after it, but I always post pone it.
This is a new week and hopefully a great new start. Yesterday I managed to pass up cake and brownies in the lunch room. While this may seem like nothing, it is a huge step in a long process. I’m ready. So ready.
