Tonight’s Tworkout:
1. It’s a 3 min dance party! Turn the TV down, turn your favorite song UP and shake it!
2. Chair dips, as many as you can do!
3. 50 jabs w/light weights! Go low into horse stance! Keep good form!
4. 2 min towel hop, 1 min mountain climbers
5. Wide stance push-ups, as many as you can do!
6. Russian twists, 90 seconds
7. STRETCH
