Hellllloooooo Shrinkers!  How is every doing during this wonderful holiday season?  Are you sticking with your healthy habits or indulging a bit here and there (or everywhere)? It’s time to face the music and the scale for our weekly weigh in. How’d you do this week?

As for me, I confess (oh wait, that was yesterday, right?!) that I didn’t make it to my Weight Watchers meeting on Sunday, so I don’t have an update to report this week.  I will admit though that I’ve been indulging a bit the past week.  I think part of it is due to the holidays and part of it is from the stress of studying for finals.  I’ll definitely be back on track with a vengeance on Monday, Dec. 26.

Don’t forget to let us know when you’re checking in with how you’re doing on the 10k a Day and/or O, Fitness Tree challenges.  We’re on the downhill side of both challenges, so it’s time to finish strong!  I started out really well with both challenges, but then had to bow out a couple of weeks ago because I’m dealing with a pretty severe knee injury right now.  My biggest hope right now is trying to avoid surgery. LOL

Speaking of challenges … yep, you guessed it.  There’s going to be a new challenge coming up right around the corner just in time for all those dreaded wonderful New Year’s Resolutions!  Definitely be keeping your eyes open for it on January 1st.  That will be our kick-off weigh in day for the new challenge.  Since that’s a Sunday rather than our normal Wednesday weigh-in, you might want to mark it on your calendar so you don’t forget!  This new challenge will run for 8 weeks and will have all kinds of awesome assignments, a fitness challenge, etc. like our previous New Year’s challenges.  It’s gonna be awesome, so don’t miss out being a part of it!  I know I’ll be joining!
