Shrink into Summer – FINAL WEIGH-IN!!

We have cut calories, lost inches, hula’d, shredded, and sweated away these last 8 weeks! How did you do? Are you happy with the results you are seeing? Did you give it your all or lose some steam along the way? How are you feeling?

Don’t despair if you have been struggling – a new challenge is going to be kicking off on June 3rd! We want your help on choosing a name for it, so turn your creativity on and let us know what you come up with!

The bios and photos have been pouring in! I absolutely LOVE hearing about all of you and can’t wait to share! It’s not too late to be included, it only takes a minute! Hurry!

Let’s get to the results!! Here’s how it is going to work this time around:

**Write your blog post with your results, thoughts, etc. and link back to it in the comments as usual, or just write about it down below. AND THEN, we also want to know your starting weight from the beginning of the challenge (or when you joined in!), as well as your current weight, with the TOTAL PERCENTAGE LOST! Example: Starting weight – 232 Ending weight – 221 Pounds lost – 11, divided by Starting weight = 4.3% lost!

**Everyone who weighs-in and leaves a comment by 11:59pm Pacific time will be entered to win one of three fabulous prizes! Winners will be announced tomorrow! Good luck!

    I have dropped a size but I am up one pound for the whole challenge.
    Starting weight: 142.
    Ending weight: 143.

    The 130's remain elusive for me.
    I'm a little frustrated but I'll figure something out I guess.
    Which just gave me an idea. I'll email you!

    I have been off line for a few weeks. I didn't realize the Summer challenge was at an end.
    Starting weight 183
    weight now is 179
    I have lost only 4 lbs
    19 more to go to my goal of 160. I know I will reach my goal.
    The weight took time to gain and will take to drop.

    I waited to post this because I thought it was a blip, but it has stayed off all week. So, didn't reach my 5 lb goal, but I am on my way to getting it off. I'd like to be 160 before July.
