Shrink into Summer – FINAL WEIGH-IN!!

We have cut calories, lost inches, hula’d, shredded, and sweated away these last 8 weeks! How did you do? Are you happy with the results you are seeing? Did you give it your all or lose some steam along the way? How are you feeling?

Don’t despair if you have been struggling – a new challenge is going to be kicking off on June 3rd! We want your help on choosing a name for it, so turn your creativity on and let us know what you come up with!

The bios and photos have been pouring in! I absolutely LOVE hearing about all of you and can’t wait to share! It’s not too late to be included, it only takes a minute! Hurry!

Let’s get to the results!! Here’s how it is going to work this time around:

**Write your blog post with your results, thoughts, etc. and link back to it in the comments as usual, or just write about it down below. AND THEN, we also want to know your starting weight from the beginning of the challenge (or when you joined in!), as well as your current weight, with the TOTAL PERCENTAGE LOST! Example: Starting weight – 232 Ending weight – 221 Pounds lost – 11, divided by Starting weight = 4.3% lost!

**Everyone who weighs-in and leaves a comment by 11:59pm Pacific time will be entered to win one of three fabulous prizes! Winners will be announced tomorrow! Good luck!

    Ending weight- 162
    I waited to post this because I thought it was a blip, but it has stayed off all week. So, didn't reach my 5 lb goal, but I am on my way to getting it off. I'd like to be 160 before July.
  • I have been off line for a few weeks. I didn't realize the Summer challenge was at an end.
    Starting weight 183
    weight now is 179
    I have lost only 4 lbs
    19 more to go to my goal of 160. I know I will reach my goal.
    The weight took time to gain and will take to drop.

    I have dropped a size but I am up one pound for the whole challenge.
    Starting weight: 142.
    Ending weight: 143.

    The 130's remain elusive for me.
    I'm a little frustrated but I'll figure something out I guess.

    I lost a total of one pound for the challenge, but I firmed some areas that I felt needed some firming, so I'm happy. I'm going to keep up with Shredding to see if I can keep firming some more areas. Thanks for all the support!

  • I am bummed...I gained 3 lbs....I really don't know how...honestly...I shredded, ran a bit, and felt hungary all the time....not a fun note to end on...feeling like a blimp this am....but I am not quitting!

    I lost 3.7 lbs! Almost exactly 5 lbs total in 4 weeks. This weeks loss was with almost no exercise, because I’ve been nursing sore knees and an injured achilles tendon. I'm starting on Shred Level 2 tonight so I can be caught up with the Shred challenge. I didn't really like Level 1 that much anyway. Congrats to all on your losses. I can't wait to read everything everyone has to say on their blogs.

  • I have lost a total of 2# & that's not really consistant.. its just that I got-but didn't stay- 2# below my lowest yo-yo weight :) I am still yo-yoing but I know I have lost inches on my thighs & maybe my rear, the waist is back again YAY & I now count my f/v & dairy servings every day! this site has been so healthy for me!!

    I did not gain or lose this week. Its not the way I wanted to end the challenge but I know its not the end. There's always next week for me.
    I lost a total of 6.5 pounds during the challenge. I am pleased with the results. I didn't lose as much as I'd hoped but the change in my body has been huge. I've had to buy all new clothes, which has been fun.

    I lost 6.6 pounds during this challenge
    I DID gain this week, up .4
    I lost 3.81 %
    I am at my lowest weight that I believe I have seen in at least 4 years!

  • Well, I started the challenge only about 3 weeks ago....and I'm still the same weight. I guess since it's not up, I'm happy. I'm learning to respond to my bodies ques for hunger and water and learning more about feeding my body correctly, so all in all it's a success, even if the scale doesn't show it. :)

  • Not a great end to the challenge. I definitely lost steam this week! Was 151 last week and am up almost 1 lb today. Ah, well. Overall I have lost about 3 lbs on this challenge. (I refuse to do complicated math ;) so I won't do the percentage.) Not fantastic, but the extra motivation you all have given me was worth it. I plan to stick around and do better!
