Thursday Three – You Know You’ve Thought About It…

[ 12 ] 05/20/2010 |

Alright. I’m going to be totally honest.

Sometimes I think about getting plastic surgery. Have you ever thought about that? I think you’d be hard pressed to find a woman who hasn’t thought about it at least once in their lives.

I don’t think I would ever actually HAVE plastic surgery, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have a list of procedures that I would like to have done.  Seriously, it’s just about the quick fix.

Anyhoo, here is my completely frivolous list of what I would like to wake up to some day…

  1. A tummy tuck – This is the big one.  I’m sure I have some fat under all that skin, but for me it’s just about the sagging.  The first thing I look at whenever I look in the mirror is my gut.   It’s just squishy and…well…SQUISHY.
  2. Liposuction on my inner thighs – O.K. I don’t like my legs.  And I really don’t like my inner thighs. They’ve got this weird ridge thing that never goes away and they’re dimply. Dimples are for cheeks, not thighs.
  3. A breast lift – I don’t need bigger boobs.  I really don’t. I just don’t want saggy boobs.  They need to be up in the right spot. I’m just sayin’.

Care to indulge in a little fantasy and share your list? Or have you had plastic surgery and want to share your experience? Let’s hear about it, ladies!

The call lines are now open.

On my list are lipo for the saddle bags and a breast lift. although, I've been checking out my breasts lately and they actually don't look half bad! ;-)

Thea-it is so funny that we have almost the same list!
    1. The twin-skin has got to go! Tummy tuck with lipo is definitely first on my list. If I ever win the lottery, this would be my 1st purchase, although the degree of pain and not being able to stand upright for several weeks does scare me a bit.
    2. Lipo on my inner and outer thighs-heck, reshaping of the entire leg would be great.
    3. I'd certainly like the girls put back where they belong. Actually went for a consult for this one. Couldn't cough up the cash and found out I'd need impants too if I wanted the girls to stay roughly the same size. Apparently they shrink quite a bit with a breast lift alone. Who knew! Right now, though, I'm actually pretty happy with my boobs. In the right bra or right swim top, they look pretty awesome, if I do say so myself.
    4. I'm adding a 4th since I decided my boobs are pretty good-I'd like a bingo-wing-oplasty – you know, where they shave off that flap of skin from your upper arm that waves in the breeze when you raise your arms and yell “Bingo!”

oh let's see…this has crossed my mind more than once.
    1) Butt Implants…I have the flatest behind (thanks Grandma) and would love to have some junk in my trunk
    2) breast lift, of course I woudl wait until after I had a baby because I'm sure they won't get any better
    3) maybe an eyelid lift, sometimes they seem kinda saggy

I was hoping you had free plastic surgery for a giveaway. ;)

Okay, my list is similar to Bari's….

*I really, really want a tummy tuck. Twin skin sucks ass.
    *Lipo on my thunder thighs.
    *I think I will take a bingo-plasty, too.

i'd just have a small boob job (full Bs – i don't ask for much) and lipo on my saddle bags. although i'm quite sure if i did my boobs jay would divorce me. he thinks they are perfect just as they are. and he's not just saying that (i've done my research)

    Good one, Thea.

    1. I would have an eyelid left, particularly on my right eye.
    2. Totally would get botox in my forehead because I squint A LOT and have some wrinkles on my forehead and a nice crease between my eyebrows.
    3. Hmmmm……can I say all-over lipo? Okay, maybe not. Maybe I'd do a tummy tuck, although that procedure looks so, so, so, so painful, and I don't really like pain. But is this a pain-free-plastic-surgery-fantasy, right? Because if it is, I'd totally do a tummy tuck and some lipo-sculpting on my ass! I like the junk, but it needs some work!

Your three are my three, girlfriend! I'd also have something done about my neck, it got kind of shriveled after I lost weight.

  • halfassedkitchen

    Tummy tuck, too!

I've definitely given plastic surgery some thought. Here are the three procedures I would have, in order preference, although the first two are pretty equally desired.

    1. Breast reduction/lift
    2. Tummy tuck
    3. Arm lift (remove droopy skin under my arms)

    1) No matter how much weight I lose, I always have fat under my chin. So I'd get that sucked out, pronto.
    2) Tummy tuck
    3) Breast lift

The tummy tuck/breast lift have actually been discussed…to undo childbearing damage. I had no idea what breastfeeding would do to my boobs! Crikey!

Oh my goodness, I love how honest we all are!!

And yes, Christy, this is all pain free surgery because me and pain? SO don't get along!

OMG Thea this is fabulous. I'll be blogging it SOON! :)
