Tworkout!

Howdy, folks! It’s Tuesday, so you know what day it is! Yep, it’s Tworkout Day! If you’re new here, this is what you do:  Log onto Twitter at 8 p.m. Central, follow along as we work out together while we watch TV. It’s a lot of fun! I promise!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 1 min jumping jacks, 1 min high knees, 1 min wacky jacks

2. Chair dips, as many as you can do

3. 50 jabs with light weights

4. 1 min jump squats, rest 30 seconds, 30 seconds jump squats

5. Push-ups, as many as you can do

6. Plankhold, 60 seconds (2 if you’re advanced)

7. STRETCH
