My weight loss this week? I am down 1 pound. Since I started on this website? Down 2.2 pounds. The weight is definitely coming off slowly. I am not going to sit here and say that I have been eating great and journaling every morsel I put in my mouth, because I haven’t!
It’s so HARD!! I do way better when my husband is away at work, when I can control what foods we are eating for meals and we don’t eat out, etc. My husband cooks fabulous meals while he is home (bless him) and I eat them. I also bought a crapload of candy for the kids’ Christmas countdown calendar and stuffed my face in leftover mini Twix bars and Reese’s peanut butter cups. Naughty.
My goal for this week is to JOURNAL on the WW site. I am going to Minneapolis for a girl’s shopping weekend and I am going to choose healthier options while eating out too.
I am super proud of my exercising habits this week and last week. It has been three months since I have been going to the gym regularly and that is one thing I have been doing right. I am somewhat disappointed in where I am at physically, I had wonderful visions of being thin and buff by next month when I turn 30… I guess I am going to have to settle for thinNER and buffER.
