This past week I took a trip that started on Thursday. I had every intention of trying to track my points but I knew it would be hard considering we were eating out every meal! My good intentions flew out the window on the drive and hasn’t been seen again until today!
So I’m going to put the smack down on myself.
- Not counting is not an option, you must track your points and journal them somewhere other than in your brain
- Slacking off on water consumption is not an option. You must drink at least 80 ounces of water daily. Preferably more
- Not exercising is not an option. You must try to get in at least 20-30 minutes daily. No excuses.
- Unhealthy snacking is a no-no. If you must have a snack, it must be something healthy/low cal/high in fiber.
So there, you. Or me. Or I. Whatever. Do it, and do it right this week.
