1. I am feeling very down and depressed lately
2. I did well with my eating… until the weekend.
3. I have been slacking on the exercise.
4. I didn’t go to the gym this morning because my husband is majorly pissing me off and I didn’t want to sit in the car with him. So I will either go when he gets back or not go.
5. Have I mentioned that I am in a funk and just can’t seem to pull myself out of it?
6. I am so glad February is over. I can’t wait until it warms up and the snow is gone and we can exercise outdoors!
