Niko: ok, I SO need to shred. i have a lot of baby weight to lose. i recently started doing the couch to 5k program with one of the guys at work. We have challenged each other to a 5k in November 2009. Our whole department is now going to participate with us to support us. But, i need other help also. I NEED TO SHRED!!!! Yes, i’m yelling that!
