Here’s mine.

30 Day Challenge Profile

Name: Heather D.

Age: 31

Hometown: born in Bellingham, WA. Currently reside in Edmonds, WA.

Family: Husband, Brian, and son, George.

1) Complete the following sentence – “When I look in the mirror I see… a work in progress.”

2) What exercise do you take? What’s your current level of fitness? I run (okay, jog), do Stroller Strides (mix of light cardio and strength training) and Wii Fit. On a scale of 1-10, I’d say my current fitness level is a 6.

3) How do you relax? Hot baths, reading, television.

4) Do you watch your weight? Try to.

5) What’s your favorite body part? My feet. They get me where I need to go.

6) What’s your least favorite body part? My lumpy tummy after baby.

7) What’s your favorite way to workout? I love pilates, but haven’t done it lately.

8 ) Its time to work out, we’re most likely to find you decked out in? Jazzercise style thong leotard, cheetah print tights, scrunch socks and LA Gear… um, actually, Yoga capris, 3 sports bras (no lie), running tank top and my kicks.

9) You’re due to workout, but it’s pouring rain. What do you do? Something on the Wii or a Jillian Michaels dvd.

10) What’s the one item you wouldn’t be without when working out? My stopwatch.

11) What do you hope to get from the 30 Day Challenge? More muscle tone, and weight loss (obviously)!

12) What are you apprehensive about going in? Staying with it till the finish.

13) How will you reward yourself after the challenge? I think NEW JEANS are in order!

14) Complete the following sentence – “I’m Active for …” my son. I want him to have a healthy, happy and involved mother.
