**Congratulations to our winners: Audrey, Becca, and Tobey!! It’s time to get your dance on, girls!**

Have you ever watched one of those dancing shows and wished you could do those dances?  Or do you just like to shake your bootay in general?  (Some of you may or may or may not like to dance in front of others.  But I’ll BET you dance in the privacy of your living room!)

I remember back in my early 20’s, I went partying four days a week dancing a lot, I was in GREAT shape and was really thin.  Dancing is great for you, but who really has time to party go dancing nowadays?  But dancing is great exercise.  It gets your heart rate up and can really work your abs!

When I received a copy of Xtreme Cardio Dance, I was excited because ya’ll KNOW how much I love work out DVDs and I’m always looking to add to my collection.  Plus, this was a DANCE video.

The instructor is Jaana Kunitz.  Per the Xtreme Cardio Dance website:

Jaana Kunitz is one of the most televised DanceSport females in the world. Her appearances include PBS, NBC, and ESPN. You may have also seen her in the hit movie “Dance with Me” starring Vanessa Williams. The highlights of her championship titles include: North American Latin Showdance Champion and 4th in the World Latin Showdance Championships. Jaana is also an ACE certified Fitness instructor making her one of the leading authorities in DANCE FITNESS today.

For my review, I chose the Hip/Hop work out.  One thing that I loved about this video is that it started out slow.  And I’m not talking about the warm up.  I’ve done dance videos before where the instructor goes right into moves that I just CAN’T DO.  That made it frustrating to the point where I didn’t even want to finish it.  (I did, but I mostly just hopped around like an idiot.)  In THIS work out,  she started out slow and built up to moves that are a bit more complicated.  Also, she has one dancer doing a modified version.  Another thing that I really liked was that it’s all low impact, so all of you folks with knee problems, this shouldn’t be a problem for you!

The only down side that I found was that I didn’t care of the music that much.  It wasn’t terrible, but it certainly wasn’t Boom Boom Pow (and we all LOVE to dance to that song, right Lisa?!)

All in all I really liked it!!  And I can’t wait to try the Latin, Disco, and Sexy Scuplt work outs!

So, what’s in it for you, you ask?? Weeellll, we have THREE copies to giveaway!
