Last Chance Tworkout Day | The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans LLC


It Tuesday, and that can only mean one thing: Last Chance Tworkouts!

So here’s the skinny:

  1. Follow the Sisterhood on Twitter!
  2. Join us while we watch the Biggest Loser.
  3. We’ll Tweet a #tworkout for you to complete during the commercial breaks.
  4. Tworkout starts at 8 p.m. Central time, and we have a West coast edition at 9 p.m. Pacific time.

If you aren’t able to join us during the Biggest Loser, or if you aren’t on Twitter, you can print tonight’s Tworkout, and join us in spirit! NO EXCUSES

This Tworkout’s tailored to fit into the standard two hour show.

1st rule – fill up a water bottle and drink at least 2 oz during each segment of the show.

1st commercial break: Jumping Jacks, 50

2nd: Crunches, as many as you can do during break

3rd: Push-ups – 25, any style

4th: Squat hold for 60 seconds. Do it twice if you can!

5th: Jump Rope for the entire break (no, you don’t need a jump rope, just pretend!)

6th: Reverse Crunches, as many as you can do. (these are where you rest on your elbows and draw your knees to your chest)

7th: Plank Hold for 60 seconds. Lather, rinse, repeat.

8th: Alternating Lunges, for the duration of the commercial break.

9th: Stride Jumps through entire break (stand with one foot about 2 feet ahead of the other, then

switch, switch, switch – like you’re striding)

10th: STRETCH!
