No change this week, but I’m okay with that since it was a holiday weekend and all and I totally hoarfed a batch of Chex Mix. I have been so incredibly busy this week trying to get ready for San Diego and the long-awaited 1/2 marathon! I leave super early on Friday and will be back Tuesday afternoon. I can’t wait!!
I have managed to get in my 200 crunches and 30 push-ups every day except for one, but I did make that day up, so it’s all good. How are you doing with that mini-challenge? Has anyone managed to get all theirs in?
Hopefully, I will be down a few pounds next week, since I have a history of losing weight on vacations AND I will be running approximately 3 hours on Sunday!
I plan to tweet during my 1/2 marathon, so follow along on my journey on Sunday starting at about 4 am Pacific time. Race time is 6:15 am! Wish me luck, I sure as hell am going to need it!
