Hmmmm…. Where to begin?

Since last Tuesday, my workout schedule has looked a little like this:

  • Wednesday:  4.27 miles, 55 minutes muscle work class
  • Thursday: 2.7 miles
  • Friday: 2.3 miles, 55 minutes muscle work++ class
  • Saturday: nada
  • Sunday: 2.3 miles
  • Monday: 4.04 miles, 55 minute muscle work class
  • Tuesday:  5.1 miles, 45 minutes racquetball. Totally beat my husband.

I have been eating better than I have all summer.

Been struggling mentally with my oldest kid (stepson) and having some issues with my husband being dumb, but I have tried to not let that derail my successes. As much as I wanted to throw in the towel some days and eat everything in sight, I didn’t.


P.S. My legs are so very tired and sore. That’s all.
