The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans LLC – Eating Right Because Our Jeans Are Too Tight


I know you are all just sitting there thinking to yourselves, “Selves, I would really love something fun to do tonight.” (Didn’t know I could read minds, did you? It’s a special gift.) Well have no fear! I am here to solve your dilemma because tonight is Tworkout™ night on Twitter! Just get yourselves on over to Twitter at 8 p.m. Central and join us for the best night of your TV life!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. High knees, 3 mins.

2. Jump squats, 40.

3. Military-style push-ups, as many as you can do.

4. Burpees, 10. (start out standing, bend down put your hands on the floor and jump your feet back to a push-up/plank position. Then you jump your feet back in and stand up)

5. Tricep kickbacks, 40.

6. Bicycle crunches, 50.
