Yes. I totally half-assed it all week. Until yesterday, then it was all-out awful. I tried to eat my way out of a migraine or something like that. It didn’t work. But going to bed at 9 p.m. did.

What is my problem????????

I did pretty stellar on the workout front:

  • Wednesday: muscle work class, 55 min
  • Thursday: cardio circuit class, 55 min
  • Friday: kickboxing: 55 min, muscle work ++ class, 55 min
  • Sat-Mon: nada
  • Tuesday: cardio circuit class, 55 min, zumba, 55 min
  • Totals: 330 minutes

I would like to take a “no-show” pass this week.

Kidding. Not really. I am up 1.6 lbs this week to 204.2. Dammit.

I said, “I got this!”, but obviously, I don’t.
