True Confessions | The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans LLC


If it’s Tuesday, it must be time to take out the eraser and clean our slates.  They say confession is good for the soul.   This is the place where we confess our wicked ways, but we can also celebrate the things we did right.  No matter how bad you think your week was, I bet you can find at least one thing that went right.

If you are new to True Confessions, welcome.  Don’t be afraid.  I know it can seem a little daunting at first.  We are a very supportive group who have all had to post our first confession before.  If you are an old pro at this, you know what to do.  I’ll go first to make it easier on the newbies.

I have really gotten into the groove with the exercise these last few weeks.  I’ve been doing boot camp and zumba both twice a week.  I just started yoga on Saturday.  I’m also doing April’s challenge.  When I have the time, I’ve been throwing some EA Sports Active 2 and Wii Zumba in the mix.

  1. I’ve been doing really well with my water intake and eating lots of fruit and veggies.
  2. I’ve been taking my vitamins and getting to bed most nights before 11:00.  For some of you, that is probably late, but for me it’s pretty early.
  3. I’ve been mad at my husband this week, so I might have had a few Bacardi and diets that I shouldn’t have had.  Maybe more than a few!
  4. I’m so behind in my Power of One weekly projects.  I have to catch up on those.  We have a blizzard watch here, so maybe we’ll have some snow days and I can catch up then.
