True Confessions Tuesday – The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans LLC

Good Tuesday Morning, everyone!  Time to air out the dirty laundry!

I’ve been having a pretty good last couple of weeks. I’ve been managing to keep my food intake mostly under control and I’ve been doing my some of my workouts.

But everyone has a few skeletons in their closet, right? I’m not exception.

  • I’ve turned into a big wino.  Well, big for me anyway. I’ve always maintained that I prefer to eat my calories instead of drink them. But this week has proven to kick my buttocks around the block so I indulged in a bottle of wine and a few cocktails when I went out to eat.
  • I went out to eat. A lot. Like 3 or 4 times in the past week. I made pretty sensible choices while I was there, but I seriously could’ve done without the extra GABILLION grams of sodium, thankyouverymuch.
  • The going out to eat doesn’t even count the pizza we ordered. Again, I made a halfway decent pizza choice, but I probably would’ve survived without the cheesy breadsticks, too.
  • I’ve been on the injured list for the past several days. While rehabbing my knee, of course I hurt my back. Why wouldn’t I, really?? So instead of doing what I can, I’ve been doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

So that’s what’s been plaguing me this week!
