Once again it is Tuesday. It is also HOT out. (I live in Virginia.) It’s days like today that make me wish I had a pool in my yard. Anyone want to invite me over? 2. Squat hold, 60 seconds
3. Push-ups, as many as you can do!
4. 1 min towel jump, 1 min wacky jacks
5. Reverse lunges w/ bicep curls
6. Reverse crunces, 40
