Once again it is Tuesday. It is also HOT out. (I live in Virginia.) It’s days like today that make me wish I had a pool in my yard. Anyone want to invite me over? We could cook out, have a few cold beverages…where was I? Oh yes! OK, so. Even though it’s HOT out, there should be no excuses for you not to burn a few calories indoors, right? Right. Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 1 min run in place, 1 min buttkicks w/weights, 1 min high knees w/weights

2. Squat hold, 60 seconds

3. Push-ups, as many as you can do!

4. 1 min towel jump, 1 min wacky jacks

5. Reverse lunges w/ bicep curls

6.  Reverse crunces, 40
