Happy Tuesday, everyone! Did you have a most excellent week/weekend? I played in the ocean over the weekend and let me tell you, that is a workout in itself! But that doesn’t mean we all can’t burn a few extra calories, now does it? Nope. Just hop onto Twitter at 8 p.m. Central and we’ll have a fantastic time with our Tworkout!
1. 1 min towel jump, 1 min running in place, 1 min wacky jacks
2. Chair dips, as many as you can do
3. Alternating lunges with bicep curls, 40
4. 1 min skaters (like in the 30 Day Shred), 1 min jump squats
5. Push-ups, military style, as many as you can do
6. Plankhold, 60 seconds
