It’s been a few weeks (or months?) since I checked in here! Time has been flying!

We are now a week into the Shrinkvivor challenge! {go Green!}

I am down 0.8 lbs this week… not fantastic, but a loss is a loss!

I started back at the gym finally and am back to my Death-by-Barb class. I haven’t been able to walk the same since. OUCH.

I am continuing on my Couch-to-5K journey. I am now on Week 7, which calls for 25-minute runs all three days. OH MY. I learned my lesson to NOT attempt one of the workouts after doing muscle work. Dude.

It is kind of a struggle to find the time to get my gym time in AND my C25k runs. I’m determined to make it work, though.

Total exercise minutes? 213.
