Hi all! How has everyone’s week gone so far? I have been battling a nasty, nasty stomach virus that has put me on a non-solid food diet for the next few days. Translation: I’m cranky! Yay!
Anyway, so, who is up for a Tworkout tonight? If you’re new here, a Tworkout is where we all hop onto Twitter at 8 p.m. Central and burn off a few extra calories before check-in time tomorrow! I promise, it’s a lot of fun! 🙂
Tonight’s Tworkout:
1. 1 min wacky jacks, 1 min buttkicks (w/weights), 2 burpees
2. Chair dips, as many as you can do
3. 50 jabs w/light weights
4. 10 burpees, 5 push-ups
5. Walking lunges, 2 mins
6. Russian Twists, 60 seconds
7. STRETCH
