It’s Wednesday weigh-in/check-in day. It’s our first weigh-in without a challenge going on in awhile. It still counts though. You can’t slack off just because it’s not challenge time. Head to the scale and check out what it says. Then come back here and leave us the results in the comments. If you are blogging about it, leave us the link in the comments too.
Are you doing Six Pack March with us? If you aren’t, you really should be. It is awesome. It’s the first thing I do in the morning. I do it first thing so I have no excuses to not do it later in the day. It works for me that way.
The Shrinking Jeans staff is diligently working on the next challenge. We’ll be letting you know about it soon. I can promise that it is going to be great and you are going to love it.
Would you like to hear some really exciting news? We will be announcing the date for the next Run the Hood 5k in the near future. Did you run/walk last time? I did and I had a fantastic time. Start thinking about all the people that you can recruit to do the 5k with you. The more the merrier.
