Yesterday was the official end of our Spring Clean You weight loss challenge, but since our customary check-in day is Wednesday, we want you to check in now! How did you do over the last 4 weeks. Did you meet your goals? Exceed them? Come up just a tad short? However you did, you should be proud because you stuck with it for a whole month, and that is awesome.
Never fear if you still have some weight to lose, because we’re at it again! That’s right no break between the challenges because breaks are for sissies! Let’s just keep the momentum going because have you looked at a calendar lately?? HELLO! Summer is just around the bend. I’m actually going on a cruise ONE MONTH from today, so I have some serious nothing-but-bathing-suits-for-8-days motivation! WOOT.

This week’s mini challenge is to walk at least a mile everyday. That’s in addition to your regular workouts, so don’t think you’re getting off easy! Walk a mile and enjoy the sunshine and Spring weather.
