It’s hump day, which means it is time to get on the scale and weigh in with your bad self. Having a dedicated day of the week to face the music and access your efforts can be a valuable tool. Whether you have been derailed a bit (ahem! raising my hand) or moving full speed ahead, a mid-week check in is just the thing to get your head back in the game or to congratulate yourself on a job well done.
Not only is today hump day, which means a Sisterhood weigh-in, but we are also hovering near the mid point of the month. If you set monthly goals, how are you doing on those? Is it time to recommit so that you finish the month strong? (again, ahem… raising my hand for this one!). Have you been participating in our monthly fitness calendar Squat Away May, our 30-day Squat Challenge? It is never too late to jump in on that! I keep a print out of it at home and a print out at work, so that I always know what my “squat assignment” for the day is.
