Happy Saint Patrick’s Day all of you wonderful shrinkers!! I hope that you are enjoying the day with plenty of green veggies and green smoothies!! Did you have a wonderful weekend? Were you able to get your Shamrock Shuffle done! If not you still have a little more time to get it done and submitted!
Here’s my after shot on the treadmill! This weekend was rainy on Saturday and cold and windy on Sunday in north Texas so I passed on doing my 10K outside!! I’m not a fan of long treadmill walks but it was okay since I had a goofy movie to watch while doing it!! My biggest issue is that the treadmill shuts off after an hour so I have to start again on the other treadmill, which is annoying (and also the reason my treadmill says 37 minutes!!) 🙂
Are y’all enjoying getting to know your team mates for the newest challenge? It’s a team challenge and started last Wednesday! Check in with each other every day and you will find more success!! Cheer each other on and see how you can motivate each other to work out a little more or eat a little better. Weight loss and fitness really does work so much better if you have some motivation, a push or someone to just send you a little encouragement! The best source of encouragement for me has been this site. Some people do better with one on one encouragement. Whatever works for you, find it and make it happen!!
