New Year, New You: Weight Loss Challenge

We are now five days in to the new year! You’ve had your Christmas cookies, your midnight toast, and your hangover munchies… now it’s time to get serious about YOU. New year, new you! We want you to bring your best self forward during 2015, and we are here to help you do just that with a brand new weight loss challenge. We have a lot going on here at The Sisterhood, so make sure you stick with us until the very end of this post! It’s a lot of info!

Weight Loss

A majority of people have weight loss listed as one of their top resolutions as a new year begins. We are offering two DietBet weight loss challenges to help kick your butt into gear so you achieve your ideal body weight! Sure, you have to put down some money… but the thought of WINNING money might be that extra push you need to stay motivated! Also? When you win, you can buy some cute new workout clothes!

A Year of Small Changes

We’ve also just started A Year of Small Changes based on the book 52 Small Changes: One Year to a Happier and Healthier You by Brett Blumenthal. The first email went out yesterday, but it’s never too late to join in! We will be focusing on small changes throughout 2015. We’re kicking it off this week with WATER!

Fitness Challenge

Be sure to follow along with our TWO fitness calendars for the month of January – everybody’s favorite: Squats AND push-ups (lucky for you, today is a rest day!). I know you groaned a little, but seriously, the 31-Day Squat Calendar and 31-Day Push-Up Calendar will have you looking awesome come February! If you are just finding us, you can start at any time!
