Step Into Spring Week 2 Check-In


Good morning, Shrinkers! It’s Wednesday and that means it’s check-in day at the Sisterhood! If you haven’t already, jump on the scale and check in with us! We want to hear all about how you’re doing with your weight-loss/fitness journey. That means all victories, even non-scale ones.

A lot of the time we don’t celebrate those as much as we should and trust me……we should! Those little victories, like running/walking longer, doing 1 more push-up than yesterday, eating a healthy meal, getting your water in for the day, your pants are a little to big….these victories are the ones that lead to the bigger ones in the end! It also means, that you’re going in the right direction and you’re body is changing!
